Calculate current quotation
Final price is checked against steel price movement, actual inventory, factory quote and freight forwarder cost.
Deposit and production
After at least 30% prepayment, stocked goods move to freight handling, while production orders enter the factory schedule.
Insured shipment tracking
We arrange insurance through the freight forwarder when applicable and send tracking information as soon as it is available.
Non-standard bearing policy
For first-time cooperation, non-standard customization usually starts from feasibility and sample discussion. Tooling and labor fees may be required before sample work begins.
First order payment limits
First cooperation is handled carefully: card or Stripe-style payment is generally limited to USD 1,000, while PayPal-style payment can be discussed up to USD 2,000 with an extra 2% fee adjustment.

We prefer long-term business, so order records, model history, shipment feedback and after-sales communication are kept for future supply efficiency.

Most of our bearings are standard industrial-grade products for practical factory use, with strong price competitiveness. For this type of product, shipping cost control is often as important as product price.
Direct express delivery
Express services such as SF or FedEx can be used when speed is the priority, but the freight cost is usually high. The buyer covers the full express cost, including insurance when required.
Freight forwarder delivery
For industrial bearing orders, we usually recommend freight forwarder shipping. It is much more cost-effective than express delivery, though the delivery time is normally longer.
Insurance and 12-month warranty
We can purchase shipment insurance through the freight forwarder and provide tracking updates. From the shipment date, normal-use quality issues caused by material or manufacturing defects are covered by a 12-month warranty, with replacement, reshipment or negotiated resolution available.
